Who is the administrator of your personal data?

The administrator of your personal data is Unirubber Sp. z o.o. based in Zielonka 17, 59-940 Węgliniec, Poland.

Where do we get your personal data from? We have obtained your data:

  1. directly from you, we obtained them, e.g. via the Unirubber website, through social media, as well as in the case in which we concluded a contract with you or took steps to conclude it;

  2. from an entity that has concluded an agreement with Unirubber Sp. z o.o. for the provision of services for your benefit;

  3. we obtained your data from publicly available sources, e.g. from the National Court Register, the Business Activity Central Register and Information Record, social media and other similar sources.

What is the scope of application of the privacy policy?

The privacy policy applies to the unirubber.com.pl website, as well as other services operated by Unirubber Sp. z o.o., if they refer to this privacy policy. This privacy policy also applies to the processing of personal data by Unirubber Sp. z. o.o.

Providing what personal data is necessary to use the Unirubber website?

  1. in the case of using the so-called „open materials” posted on the Unirubber website, these are data contained in cookie files and data from server logs (i.e. in particular: the time of visiting the website, type of event related to the visit to the website, user name and IP address).

What data do we process?

Unirubber Sp. z o.o. processes the following categories of data depending on the purposes of processing:

  1. in the case of using the so-called open materials posted on the Unirubber website, these are data contained in cookie files and data from server logs (i.e. in particular: the time of visiting the website, type of event related to the visit to the website, user name and IP adress);

  2. to conclude and perform a contract – data required for the identification for the purpose of its conclusion, performance of the service and invoice issuance (name, address, personal identity number [Polish PESEL], taxpayer identification number [Polish NIP], position held in the enterprise, contact person's business address, telephone number, health information regarding the possibility of consuming specific products when participating in training or conferences);

  3. in order to conduct our marketing activities and provide newsletter services – identification data necessary to provide online services (data contained in cookies, e-mail, name, telephone, position);

  4. data needed to select appropriate sales offer for you (e-mail address, data contained in cookies).

For what and on what grounds will we use your personal data?

We will process your personal data for one of more of the following purposes:

  1. to implement the activities carried out at your request before the conclusion of the contract (Art. 6 Sec. 1 Letter b GDPR)

  2. to conclude and perform a contract which you have concluded with Unirubber Sp. z o.o.(Art. 6 Sec. 1 Letter b GDPR)

  3. in order to perform a contract concluded with Unirubber on your behalf as a third party (Art. 393 of the Civil Code), when another party is a party to the contract (Art. 6 Sec. 1 Letter f GDPR, where the legitimate interest of the controller consists in the performance of the contract concluded with the contractor).

  4. to conduct market and opinion research (quantitative research) (Art. 6 Sec. 1 Letter a or f GDPR, where the legitimate interest of the controller is to carry out such methodologically correct research, among others by choosing the right group of respondents);

  5. if you agree and only to the extent that you agree, we will process your data:

    • for the purpose of marketing products and services of the Unirubber Sp. z o.o. company using profiling and other advanced activities (so-called remarketing, behavioral advertising, marketing attribution, social media, presenting the offer via the telefone) (Art. 6 Sec. 1 Letter a GDPR)

    • for third party marketing (Art. 6 Sec. 1 Letter a GDPR)

    • in order to conduct the following types of market and opinion research: quantitative research (surveys and tests) or qualitative research (personal interviews) (Art. 6 Sec. 1 Letter a GDPR),

Are you obliged to provide your personal data?

To the extent that the processing of your data takes place in order to perform the contract with Unirubber Sp. z o.o., providing your data is a condition for concluding this contract. Providing data is voluntary,  but it is necessary to conclude and perform the contract. In the absence of personal data, the contract will not be concluded. Providing data necessary to issue an invoice is a statutory obligation and results from the Act on VAT (Value Added Tax) (Art. 106e of the Act on VAT). In the remaining scope, providing personal data is voluntary, it is not a statutory or contractual requirement and it is not a condition for concluding the contract, but may provide you with additional benefits. 

How to withdraw consent?

You can give all of some of your consents or not. You can withdraw any consent given to Unirubber Sp. z o.o.  in connection with the processing of personal data without any negative consequences at any time. Just send an e-mail, call or send a message by post to the contact details indicated above. The willingness to withdraw consent can be expressed in any way, the only condition is that it reaches our knowledge. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing your data before it is carried out, i.e. until the consent is withdrawn, processing of your data by Unirubber Sp. z o.o. is legal. You can withdraw your consent to data processing using the form available on our website, regardless of how you consent to the processing of personal data.

What modern technologies do we use to process your personal data?

On Unirubber Sp. z o.o.'s website we use cookies and other technologies to record information about pages or subpages visited by users and their activities. 

What are cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of text that the website sends to the browser and which the browser sends back at the next visits to the website. They are mainly used to maintain sessions, e.g. by generating and sending back a temporary identifier after logging in. They can, however, be used more widely by saving any data that can be encoded as a string. Thanks to this, the user does not have to enter the same information each time they return to this page or switch from one page to another. 

Because the advertisements must be transmitted to the browser directly from the advertising network servers, these networks can display, edit or enter their own cookies as if the user had requested a website from their website.

What types of cookies do we use?

Unirubber Sp. z o.o. uses the following types of cookies:

  1. Neutral – necessary for the proper functioning of the site/needed to enable the functionality of the site.

  2. Researching – used to track users but not including information that identifies particular user data. 

  3. Tracking – used to track users and provide information that identifies a specific user. 

Consent clause and information clause for job applicants:

  1. We require the candidates to provide personal data including: name, date of birth, contact details and education, professional qualifications and the course of previous employment to the extent that will allow the assessment of qualifications necessary to perform work in a specific position.

  2. If you want to voluntarily provide additional data that we do not require, make sure to include the following clause in the application: „I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in this resume for the purposes of recruitment carried out by Unirubber Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the provisions of the law on the protection of personal data”.

  3. If you want, you can also agree to participate in the next recruitment processes we organize by placing a clause in the application: “I agree to leave the submitted resume and use it in subsequent recruitment processes conducted by Unirubber Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the law on personal data”.

It is worth to know that:

  1. Unirubber Sp. z o.o. is the controller of personal data provided in the resume.

  2. Our headquarters is located in Zielonka 17, 59-940 Węgliniec, Poland.

  3. You provide your data in your resume in accordance with the scope indicated in the Labour Law, and provide additional data on the basis of voluntary consent.

  4. Access to your data have only authorised employees who deal with the recruitment process.

  5. After the recruitment process we delete the resumes sent, unless you agree to use your resume in subsequent recruitment processes.

  6. We care about the protection of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you decide that the processing of your personal data is not in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR – general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.

  7. You also have the right to access your data, the right to rectify and delete it.

  8. If you want, you can revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time - all you have to do is to inform us.

Providing personal data to the extent necessary to perform the contract is voluntary, but failure to do so may result in the inability to conclude the contract.
