We are experienced manufacturers of rubber granules from the original compounds based on EPDM rubber (Virgin) as well as rubber from recycling. These granules are used in the construction  of  base ground layer and / or top layer of different kinds of sports surfaces and football pitches or children's playgrounds (safety zones protecting from injuries connected with falls). They are especially used in the construction of:

- athletic running tracks
- as  infill of synthetic grass
- surfaces of  tennis courts
- multipurpose playing fields for schools
- volleyball, basketball or handball courts 
- resilient surfaces for children's playgrounds
- safety zones protecting from injuries around swimming pools and other similar facilities

Owing to their excellent physical and mechanical properties, the surfaces made of our granules   
create  comfortable conditions both for professional sport and leisure.
Resilient material of  specified parameters makes the running tracks and playing fields springy and  reassuring dynamic and smooth movements of the players. Additionally, the top layer has specific/ anti-slip features for different sports disciplines, which  helps to prevent serious injuries.

The artificial turf infill that we offer for football pitches, effectively imitates the natural grass, improving the comfort of playing and limiting significantly the risk of injuries of footballers, as compared to synthetic turf filled only with silica sand.

For safety reasons, the surfaces of children's playgrounds require special materials of  increased parameters of  resilience and  elasticity. First of all, the places in the immediate vicinity of swings, slides, merry-go-rounds and ladders are especially protected. The surfaces made of our granules do not just reduce  the effects of the thump, but also limit the risk of skin abrasions and scratches.
The wide range of colours offered allows for the creation of fairytale compositions.

The modern construction of the surfaces made from granules allows intensive and safe usage of the facilities, and trouble-free maintenance which allows to keep them very easily in a good state.  The outdoor playing grounds and stadiums can be used even during the rain, or immediately after, because the structure of the surface enables the drainage of water to the soil or the drainage systems in the ground. The maintenance of the surface is easy, just involves cleaning service adapted to the type of the surface. In case of permanent damage to small part of the surface, a local exchange of the part damaged can be made.

Our granules are available in 24 different colours to satisfy the individual likes and preferences of our clients. In order to satisfy the various needs of the clients and the different types of applications
and  infilling e.g. infilling the synthetic turf or using a  spray-gun ("syringe" type) we are able to supply a large number of granule sizes of definite fractional compositions.
