Commencement of the economic activities by the company Foreign Enterprise Unicom with its head office in Poznań and production factory in Zielonka near Węgliniec in the Dolnośląskie Province. The production included the regeneration of rubber tyres and production of rubber crumbs for use in the rubber industry.
1985
The purchase of new rubber de-vulcanisation technology production line. The customers of the regenerated rubber produced according to this new technology were mostly home enterprises engaged in the production of technical items made of rubber.
1988
The purchase of the first mixer and rolling mill. It was followed by the broadening of the product range with the sale of rubber compounds.
1988
Commencement of our own production of moulded products in the vulcanisation division. The products were supplied to both users in Poland and as well as overseas. Amongst the products manufactured were rubber shoe soles, tube blanks and wheels.
1995
The transformation of Foreign Enterprise Unicom into Art-Com - Limited Liability Company with its head office in Poznan.
1996
The transfer of the head office of the company to Zielonka and the change in the name of the enterprise to Unicom Rubber Processing.
1999
The beginning of the production of coloured rubber granules for sports surfaces. Production of red granules of EPDM rubber.
2004
The widening of the production range with the production of green granules of EPDM rubber.
2005
Change of the name of the company to Unirubber Limited Liability Company.
2006
The purchase of the shares of Unirubber Limited Liability Company by PolyComp Holding GmbH. The diversifying of the colour range of EPDM rubber granules produced to 24.
2007
The beginning of the recycling of waste rubber. Production of SBR and EPDM rubber granules. Acquiring granulating machines for recycling waste rubber with the help of EU grants.
2008
The decision to close down the unprofitable vulcanisation division and concentrate on the production of coloured rubber granules and the recycling of waste rubber.
2009
Further expansion of the company in the overseas markets.
